Business as Usual

We are all concerned about what's happening in the world right now with Coronovirus (COVID-19) virus and we would like to reassure you that as an employee owned business, we'll be doing everything we can to support you over the coming weeks and months of uncertainty.

Since many of our systems are cloud based, including our phone system, our administrative and sales staff are relatively seamlessly able to work from home as necessary and will be striving to continue to provide you with our usual levels of service.  Our workshop and field engineers will keep working for as long as it's safe for them to do so to undertake repairs, refurbishment work and provide nationwide field support.  We have also made reciprocal arrangements with one of our suppliers to provide breakdown support to ensure that our response times are maintained as close to normal as possible in the event of illness.

We remain in close contact with our suppliers to ensure the continued supply of spare parts and machinery.

We are supported in matters of health & safety and employment law by NatWest Mentor, who continue to advise us on best practice to keep our employees and customers safe.
