Kenburn helps Scottish businesses manage their waste disposal costs

Kenburn helps Scottish businesses manage their waste disposal costs. Waste (Scotland) Regulations: The law on waste is changing for every business in Scotland! In May 2012 Scottish Parliament voted to introduce new legislation regarding the disposal of waste and these laws come into force on 1st January 2014.Your legal duty as a business:

If you run a business in Scotland you are already legally responsible for safely disposing of any waste your business produces.

From the 1st January 2014 the law will require your business to take all reasonable steps to recycle as much of your waste as possible, you will need to present your cardboard, paper, plastics, glass and metal waste streams for separate collection.
