One of the largest food producers in North Wales has recently invested one million pounds in an expansion project to meet demand for its products in the UK and overseas.As the production capacity increased so did the volumes of ingredients from all around the world which are needed to produce premium products entirely free from any artificial colours and preservatives.
Robert Johnson the company’s operations director comments “increasing production of our large range of products created a significant increase in our cardboard waste as all the ingredients we source come packaged in cardboard”.
