Two New Balex 30 Balers

Plastique, Europe’s leading designer and manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging, thermoformed packaging products and plastic packaging, recently added to their fleet of seven baling machines two new Balex balers from Kenburn Waste Management.

Mark Slater, Plastique’s lead machine technician comments “we’ve been customers of Kenburn now for twenty years and whenever we have any requirements for waste handling machinery, we immediately contact Kenburn for their expert advice and suggestions.”

Mark continued “our latest project required a baling machine capable of baling our web waste and Kenburn recommended their Balex 30 baler which has exceeded all our expectations in terms of its performance and will certainly be the baler of choice for the future purchases we’ll need as Plastique continue to grow.”

Two modes of operation – typically one for card and one for plastics

He added “the operator can easily switch between two modes of operation on the control panel, with separate modes set up for example for cardboard and plastics to ensure optimal use of the baler. As well as being supplied with two pressure settings, all the Balex balers have “smart technology” supplied as standard, that enables faults to be detected remotely.”
