Voucher Code Usage Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern your use of the Kenburn Waste Management Ltd Voucher codes on the range of wire, strap, twine and compactor bags supplied online on Kenburn’s website. If you do not agree with any of the terms and conditions, please do not use the voucher code.

1. Voucher codes are also referred to as promotional codes, coupons and discount codes.
2. Voucher codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving equivalent to the discount advised at the time for the product(s) specified to you.
3. Voucher codes can be redeemed on telephone or email orders. When purchasing your products please quote the voucher code to receive your discount.
4. Multiple voucher codes cannot be redeemed against different products in one transaction, unless otherwise offered to you at the point of purchase within the basket.
5. Voucher codes are subject to the minimum order value specified when the voucher was supplied to you. The minimum order value excludes delivery charges.
6. Kenburn Waste Management Ltd reserves the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, a voucher code is invalid for the order being placed.
7. Voucher codes cannot be redeemed retrospectively and we are unable to apply the voucher to your order once it has been processed.
8. For voucher code validity, refer to the dates specified when the voucher was supplied to you.
9. Voucher codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions. Offers are not valid on sale items or other discounted products.
10. Voucher codes are not transferable, have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. Unless otherwise stated, voucher codes are limited to one use per customer.
12. In the event of part of the order being returned, the value of the discount applied on that order will be spread between the goods proportionately. The sum in cash exceeding this value will be returned to the customer. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items, if the offer is still valid at the time of making a return – you should place a new order using the original promotional code.
13. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders where promotions or offers have been discounted as part of a glitch or error and to withdraw a voucher code at any time.
